2020 Pinnacle of Excellence Awards Nomination Form

GIAA Nomination for Pinnacle of Excellence Awards April 24th, 2020-Please complete form to submit for nomination. Please note that there is a $25 fee to nominate an individual. If you have not gone to the website to register please do so now in order to submit a valid nomination. Vendor nominations are no charge.
All Nomination Forms are due no later than March 11th, 2020. If submission is received after the 11th the fee to nominate will increase to $50.
The person that is nominated will be required to interview in person with a professional individual or panel chosen by the awards committee in April. Nominees will be notified of their interview dates and time prior. If individual does not show up for interview their nomination will be voided.

Maintenance Supervisor of the Year Multi site: The winner will be determined by a panel of interviewers chosen by the committee with a standardized set of questions and criteria for each candidate. Oversees multiple maintenance teams at multiple locations.

Regional/Multi Site Supervisor of the Year: The winner will be determined by a panel of interviewers chosen by the committee with a standardized set of questions and criteria for each candidate. Supervises multiple staffs at multiple locations.

Regional/Multi Site Supervisor of the Year Affordable/LIHTC: The winner will be determined by a panel of interviewers chosen by the committee with a standardized set of questions and criteria for each candidate. Supervises multiple staffs at multiple locations.

*Best New Community: Community must be new and received an occupancy permit for first occupation between February 15, 2019 and February 15, 2020.
