Have you received formal or informal spreadsheet training in the past? If so, what aspects of the training worked well and what aspects did not work well for you?
Example: I have taken an 8 hour full day Excel training when I first joined my previous company. It had a lot of great information, but it was too much information to digest at once, and the lecture format was not ideal for my learning style.
