Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Holiday Market, each participant signing below, his/her personal representatives, heir, or next of kin, do hereby release from all liability and agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Little Beginners Christian Preschool, its staff, volunteers and students for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand on account of injury to the undersigned or his/her property arising out of or related to the Holiday Market. This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Washington.
