Online Surveys ECO-Circle 

These online questionnaires are aimed to address experienced social entrepreneurs and experts in Circular Economy/Sustainability, as well as Youth Workers & Educators, so to gather relevant information and inputs to develop a tailor-made competence framework adapted to the actual and current needs of the identified target groups of the Erasmus+ project ECO-CIRCLE, which will ultimately set the basis to develop a multi-language Online Course and APP.

ECO-CIRCLE: “Promoting a new Circular Economy-based digital learning pattern in VET to boost entrepreneurship, sustainable business creation and growth” is an Erasmus+ funded project that aims at becoming a new EU educational reference within the Circular Economy for new business creation, growth & sustainability and VET Education, by providing an innovative online training model and e-tools specifically designed to boost entrepreneurship and by incorporating in it the BCT fundamentals, tailored on the actual needs of the project target groups. It will also enhance the creation of new sustainable online businesses, while facilitating the growth of existing ones in a more transparent & reliable way.


The results of the online survey will provide a clear context for the design of the ECO-CIRCLE’s Competence Framework that will consist in a set of identified Competence Areas (described in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes) deemed essential in the field of Circular Economy and Social Entrepreneurship fields,. Based on this Framework, the partnership will create a dedicated E-Learning course for Social Entrepreneurs, Youth Workers and Educators and an Educational App with the aim of further capacity-building & empowering present & future eco-responsible social entrepreneurs through the use of gamification and analogies.

Assessment of Key Competencies related to Circular Economy

The modules will range from new approaches and methodologies to enhance social entrepreneurship and communication skills within the targeted sector (such as use of circular economy, effective online promotion of eco-activities via social media, support digital literacy, support eco-initiatives, etc), to the most traditional key competences for entrepreneurship and digital learning, already set for already set by EntreComp & DigComp, to be combined and customized on the needs of the target group and, with the final view of achieving long-lasting sustainability in present and future businesses and initiatives (also identified within PR1.Framework)
