WHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP? A mastermind group is a facilitated peer advisory group that serves like your own board of directors. PROJECT CONQUER MASTERMIND allocates an intentional set time and agenda and its purpose is to tap into the power of the collective genius that forms when the group meets.
It's a facilitated group experience of individuals who each bring their unique insights and experiences to help one another.
This means, we will be together for six months, 12 sessions - in each session there will be some training/development related to starting and growing your business. Along with dedicated time for you to engage in real-time problem solving. This will allow you to extract the collective genius of the group so that you can validate ideas and implement as needed.

PROJECT CONQUER MASTERMIND is a supportive and collaborative environment where solopreneurs/consultants/small business owners can come together to share insights, solve challenges, and grow professionally. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- REGISTRATION: You will be required to register. A short interview will take place to determine fit and to learn more about your challenges, obstacles and goals. Apply by March 14.
- COHORT SIZE: up to 10 participants per cohort. Once each cohort is full, you will be placed on a waitlist. If someone is no longer able to participate in the current cohort, you may be contacted.
- CONQUER SPOTLIGHT: Each member will have the opportunity to be featured in the Conquer Spotlight for real-time problem sharing and solving.
- DURATION: six months – registration window will re-open in month four. Those in the current session and on the waitlist will be given priority first.
- FREQUENCY: Kick-off: Thursday March 28, Humber River Centre, Caledon, 5 - 7:30pm; Subsequent sessions: Thursdays, 4:30-6pm on Zoom.
- IN-PERSON: Two in-person sessions will be offered – the kick-off and last session – up to 2.5 hours each. The first session will bring the cohort together to participate in introductions and values exploration. The last session will bring members together to participate in the LEADERSHIP GAME and a graduation ceremony at no additional cost ($2,500 value).
- MENTORSHIP: Mentors will be invited to the last session, selected from the Chamber membership, or other successful businesses in the Caledon area. Mentors will be paired with members for a six-month mentor-mentee relationship. All other sessions will take place online, over Zoom.
- COST: Valued at $5,000 - SPECIAL REDUCED PRICE FOR CALEDON MEMBERS: $3,500 for a six-month mastermind group experience. Payment plan options are available and can be discussed after registration form has been reviewed.
- BONUS: Each participant will have an opportunity to complete their Cliffton Strengths for Sales assessment, receive the report and participate in a one-on-one coaching session to further draw out insights and action items at no additional cost. ($500 value).
