Complete this form by Tuesday, March 2  to reserve your two free lift tickets for Tuesday, March 9. Waiver forms and Rule Acknowledgement must be filled out for each person attending in order to receive a lift ticket.  Participants under age 10 must have an adult present for the entire day.  Transportation is not provided, and expected to be on time for pick up.
