We do our best to ensure your shipment arrives to you complete and undamaged. However, issues may occur. Solarflexion has a Zero Cost Replacement policy for shipments under our liability. In order for the Zero Cost Replacement to take effect, please read and accept the terms and conditions below.

Notate the damage or missing items on the Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork with the driver:
An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. At the time of delivery, I will inspect all sides of my shipment(s) for damage. If the pallet/crate/box appears to have even the slightest appearance  of damage (tear, shifted, broken pallet, damage to product, damage to shipping material).

I will make note of the damage on the delivery paperwork.

Possible Concealed Damage:
If there is no visible damage, but there may be a suspicion of damage, I will note "POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE" on the delivery paperwork.  Example: sometimes the bottom stack of solar panel(s) are cracked due to transit handling, and is unknown at the time of delivery and inspection). In order for a claim to be honored, "POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE" must be noted.

When to Refuse Delivery:
If the entire pallet of PRODUCT is damaged, I will REFUSE THE DELIVERY with the driver, and notify Solarflexion immediately.

Take pictures of the damage(s) and product(s).
I will take pictures of all sides of the shipment(s), as well as the items that are broken (products, pallets, shipping material, etc).  I will provide these pictures to Solarflexion.
The likelihood of a claim being granted increases if the evidence provided proves the damages occurred while the shipment was in possession of the carrier.

When to Notify Solarflexion:
I will notify Solarflexion within 5 days of delivery about my damage or missing items, and I MUST provide the following documents: 
1.) Copy of Delivery Paperwork with notes of damage, possible damage, or missing item(s)
2.) Pictures of shipment when it arrived
3.) Pictures of all sides of the shipment, and each item that is damaged

Freight Claim Form:
Should I experience shipment damage, I will complete the form below within 5 days of delivery.

Zero Cost Replacement Policy is not applicable to 3rd Party Shippers:
If I am the 3rd Party Shipper (ie. did not pay Solarflexion for Shipping Charges) and provided shipping paperwork to Solarflexion on my behalf, then I understand that I am responsible for filing the claim with the carrier. If I require a replacement order, a new order will be placed, and full payment will be collected from me for the material and shipping charges.

Solarflexion was not the responsible financial party of the original shipment, and cannot file a claim on my behalf.

Acknowledgement:
In order for my damage claim to qualify for a Zero Cost Replacement, I understand that I must follow the above requirements and provide the required documentation. 

If I am unable to provide the required documentation related to my damage claim, I may be financially responsible for any replacement order(s). Solarflexion will proceed to file the claim on my behalf with the shipping carrier, and if the claim is awarded, Solarflexion Inc will reimburse me accordingly based on the award of the claim.
