Please complete the following form to book your space on our Nature Nurture preschool play group for the 7 week June/July term. Once you have submitted your form you will be given a link to make payment. Your space is not secured until payment is made.

You will then receive a confirmation email.

Venue - Scartho Village Community Centre, Scartho Road, Grimsby, N.E.Lincs, DN33 2LX

Dates - Every Tuesday 8th June -  20th July

Time - 10am - 11.30am

Terms and conditions:
> Do not attend if you, your child or anyone in your household are displaying Covid symptoms.
> Adults must wear masks and maintain social distancing during the course of the session.
> The group will open at 10am; if you arrive early please wait outside and maintain social distance
> Use hand sanitiser on entry to the building and when leaving
> Crafts kits can be collected from the collection station. Only 2 adults and 2 children per table at any one time.
> As the room has fresh air ventilation we do not need to have the door open during the session; however, as above, adults must still wear masks and maintain social distancing.
> You MUST make payment to secure your space.
> Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds should you be unable to attend a session.
