COMMUNICATION & POLICIES
1. All choir communication is provided through email. Please include a personal home email (preferred) that you check often. Work/business firewalls may block our email software. Please check your junk/spam/promo box often for any missed emails. Data collected is only used for ACYC communication purposes and will not be sold or given to anyone outside of the ACYC organization.

2. Angelica uses the "REMIND" app communication tool for limited text reminders. This is a private mobile messaging platform used by teachers and schools.

3. All participants are required to review and follow choir policies in the singer handbook on the ACYC website.

4. ACYC may use pictures, images, video, and/or audio recordings from online classes for promotional purposes only. Zoom calls may be recorded. See ACYC Handbook at www.angelicacantanti.org under Singer/Family for more details.
