Working from Home: Self-Assessment Computer Workstation Set-up
Did or have you been working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic? If so, we would like to hear from you. With the shift to working from home, we are interested in learning if and how the workspace may be set up appropriately or adapted to better support your postural health and well-being in home settings.

The following brief survey is intended to gather diagnostic information about your computer workstation set-up at home. This survey is also intended to help you self-evaluate setting up your computer workspace at home to be more ergonomically correct. Additionally, we will provide you with "Computer Workstation Set-up: Self-Assessment Checklist" with some suggested actions about adjusting your workstation and tips on changes you can make to the workstation set-up so that it will fit you better.

The survey may take up to 10 minutes to complete and your responses will be anonymous. By continuing, you agree to participate in our survey.

Once you have completed the survey, please share it with those in your family, work, and/or social networks who have transitioned to working at home.

Thank you for your participation and for your time. We appreciate it.

Stay well!
