Princeton Community Education: 2024 Fall Course Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in teaching with Princeton Community Education. Our course catalogs aren't complete without you! Please submit ONE proposal for each class you wish to offer.

Summer 2024
  • Summer is already set. We are no longer accepting proposals for June-August 2024.
Fall 2024: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION IN FULL TO UNDERSTAND THE SCHEDULE FOR FALL CAMPS AND CLASSES.
  • The fall course proposal submission deadline is Monday, June 3, 2024 to provide time for catalog production and advertising. The goal is for the printed catalog to come out early August.
  • The fall season is from Sept. 3 - Dec. 31, 2024. 
  • Fall 1: Mon. Sept. 9 - Sat. Nov. 2
  • Fall 2: Mon. Nov. 4 - Fri. Dec. 20
  • Multi-week classes should be a minimum of 4 sessions (i.e. a weekly class should last approximately one month long).
  • As much as possible, please try to have your multi-week classes start the week of Sept. 9 or the week of Nov. 4. Multi-week classes must end prior to the next block of classes starting so that there are no overlapping classes. For example, a Wednesday class that starts on Wed. Sept. 11 must end on/by Wed. Oct. 30 (before the Fall 2 session classes start).
  • After-school classes for Gr. K-5 begin at 2:00 or 2:15pm and Gr. 6-8 begin at 3:30 or 3:45pm. Our CE Specialist and/or Coordinator can help you choose the best start time based on your class and grade levels. 
  • Please note that there will be limited gym space at this time, especially in the winter, but other classrooms and large spaces may be available. For recreation classes, we encourage fall and late spring outside classes!
  • Any evening classes should start at 4:30pm or later. Evening classes that use the gyms should start at 6pm.
  • Please review our district calendar for the 24-25 school year for Non-School Days for any after-school classes.
PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF THEY ARE SUBMITTED THROUGH THIS FORM. Proposals submitted via other platforms (email, call, in person) will not be considered due to the high volume of emails and calls our office receives.

Submitting a course proposal does not automatically mean your course will be included in our program offerings. Please allow up to six weeks for course decisions to be made by the team. We will confirm via email with a request for you to proof course details. Once you receive the confirmation email, your class will appear in your instructor account at: https://isd477.ce.eleyo.com. If you do not have an Eleyo account with us, please create one using that link ASAP.
