(2) Unofficial Transcript(s) (send this to physics-reu@ucsb.edu with the subject line “[Student’s Full Name] Unofficial Transcript”)

(3) Personal Statement (send this to physics-reu@ucsb.edu with the subject line "[Student's Full Name] Personal Statement")

(4) Two confidential letters of Recommendation, preferably from Physics and/or Math/Science faculty at your academic institution. Letters should be written on academic institution letterhead.  Letters should be submitted directly by your recommenders to physics-reu@ucsb.edu with the subject line “NSF-REU Letter of Recommendation for [Student’s Full Name]“.
