Thank you for your interest in the CommUNITY Arts Bus, a program on a mission providing transportation and program tuition assistance to Saint Louis art programs and experiences. By enrolling to become a CAB KID your child receives safe and reliable transportation with a paired CABBIE driver, an in-ride snack, and will receive updates on future CAB KID art opportunities.

CABBIES
Our team of CABBIE drivers are committed to safe transportation all vetted with background checks and proof of insurance. These volunteers are here to support your child's creative journey to and/or from their arts education. After a CABBIE is assigned, contact information (mobile number) will be swapped between CABBIE and guardian to keep clear communication through the entire experience.
This formed is to be filled out by both the participant and parent (if minor under the age of 18.)
