Gentle Jumpstart Health Coaching Package

The Gentle Jumpstart Program at ACAC Downtown is a 4 week long health (12 sessions) health exploration to help you get you started (or restarted) at the gym.  Members and non members are welcome.

Sessions will cover everything from balance and strength to weight management and meditation.
