For parents who have experienced multiple losses, please list the names as you would like them to appear in the album (ex. If you would like multiple losses to be acknowledged together, please list all names in Section 1, separated by commas or &. If you would like babies to be listed on separate images in the album, please list one name in Section 1, and additional names in Section 3).
