Participant does hereby grant and convey unto Lotus Wellness Center all right, title and interest in all photographic images, video or audio recordings made by Lotus Wellness Center (and its division, Soulful Ritual) or its contractors during the course, including but not limited to royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived. Participant authorizes Lotus Wellness Center (and its division, Soulful Ritual) to use such images, words, and likenesses for marketing, on websites, in brochures or other writings and any for any other legitimate purpose.

The undersigned agrees that they have read and understood all of the above information and agree to abide by the agreements proposed herein.
