Our ideal travel consultant:
-Has a passion for Disney Destinations and travel.
-Has considerable travel experience to Disney Destinations; at least 5 visits to a Disney Destination in the last 7 years.
-May have experience with more than one Disney Destination.
-Will continue to experience at least one Disney Destination annually to broaden your knowledge so you can make the perfect recommendations to your clients.
-Is tech savvy and enjoys online communication, classes, training and research.
-Has excellent customer service sales skills and will treat every client's vacation as if it were their own.
-Is naturally outgoing and patient with others.
-Understands that this is a sales job where your income is dependent on your sales.
-Is motivated by providing an outstanding customer service experience and developing trust with clients.
-Has a wide social network and is able to grow their network through word of mouth referals.
-Is able to work independently and will dedicate a minimum of 35 hours per week to their business.
-Is highly organized and has a space in their home to create a quiet office.
-Is financially secure enough to weather the natural ups and downs of commissioned sales.
-Will invest in their business to make it successful.
-Is naturally a team player.
-Is a resident of, and legally able to work, in the United States
Please note, we are not looking for someone who is looking for a hobby or is looking for free travel. Being a travel planner requires a large amount of effort, time and resources to be successful. If you are looking for a hobby, or something to do a few hours a week, this is not the right opportunity for you.
