-Has a passion for Disney Destinations and travel.
-Has considerable travel experience to Disney Destinations; at least 5 visits to a Disney Destination in the last 7 years.
-May have experience with more than one Disney Destination.
-Will continue to experience at least one Disney Destination annually to broaden your knowledge so you can make the perfect recommendations to your clients.
-Is tech savvy and enjoys online communication, classes, training and research.
-Has excellent customer service sales skills and will treat every client's vacation as if it were their own.
-Is naturally outgoing and patient with others.
-Understands that this is a sales job where your income is dependent on your sales.
-Is motivated by providing an outstanding customer service experience and developing trust with clients.
-Has a wide social network and is able to grow their network through word of mouth referals.
-Is able to work independently and will dedicate a minimum of 35 hours per week to their business.
-Is highly organized and has a space in their home to create a quiet office.
-Is financially secure enough to weather the natural ups and downs of commissioned sales.
-Will invest in their business to make it successful.
-Is naturally a team player.
-Is a resident of, and legally able to work, in the United States

Please note, we are not looking for someone who is looking for a hobby or is looking for free travel.  Being a travel planner requires a large amount of effort, time and resources to be successful.  If you are looking for a hobby, or something to do a few hours a week, this is not the right opportunity for you.  

-Extensive, one on one training every step of the way to help you get up and running.
-Continued one on one support.
-Access to Disney approved marketing materials.
-Insurance, business cards and a professional email address for a small monthly fee (required).
-Turn key resources, templates and training to use them so that you wow your clients.
-Commission splits with increases based on sales levels.
-The ability to set your own hours and work from home.
-A contract with responsibilities clearly spelled out.

This is an independent contractor position. Independent contractors are not employees. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for the providing all of your own travel leads and subject to the risks, rewards and expenses of owning your own business while under the agency umbrella.
