General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) UK Data Protection Regulations state that organisations that collect personal information, must have a person’s consent that their data may be collected and stored by that organisation. B.O.A.T. create a database each year containing contact information on all members of the B.O.A.T. Company for that year only. This enables Trustees and Heads of Department to contact all members and update them with current information on the present Production. Only Trustees and Heads of Department have access to this information. The data is used for B.O.A.T. purposes only and is not shared with any third parties. Your name will only remain on the database while you are a member of the company. Please refer to B.O.A.T’s Privacy Statement, which is available on the B.O.A.T. website.

Brownsea Open Air Theatre will take photographs and video clips during pre-season events, rehearsals, and performances, to be used for publicity and promotion in printed publications, online and across all social media platforms. Images and video taken during this time may be used during the current season and also in future advertising and promotion. We will not include full names of any child or adult whose image is used, without their consent.
