This one-day 5-hour watercolor workshop (9am – 2pm) is for beginners and intermediates – no experience necessary. We will cover watercolor paints, brushes, paper and watercolor techniques in a safe and fun environment. Intermediates will have a place to practice their current skills as well as learn some new techniques.
Students will need to provide their own supplies which include watercolor paints (‘Pan’ sets are good for beginners), short-handle watercolor brushes, and watercolor paper (#140 weight). Please bring in your own image resources, photos, calendar pictures, etc. to work from.
Michaels, Walmart, and Ocean State Job Lot carry inexpensive supplies for beginners.
Bring your lunch for a short break around noon-time.
