Infant attending with you?  (Mothers of infants are welcome to bring them along. This may affect housing options related to roommate request. We are not able to accommodate toddlers or older children.) *
Bottom Bunk Required? ( There limited numbers of bottom bunks, so we try to reserve these for expectant mothers, elders and other women with mobility issues that prevent them from being able to sleep on a top bunk.) *
Dietary restrictions/allergies? ( The camp kitchen makes a variety of options available each meal to meet a variety of needs, however, select menu modifications are not available. There is a refrigerator available to store food that you bring if you need to have alternative choices.)
Roommate(s) Request? ( We generally house women from the same church together. We will accommodate extra requests as best as possible.)
Scholarship assistance needed? ( The standard scholarship is $50 for the full weekend. If further assistance is needed please email Sharron at skj@mtaonline.net and explain further need)
