Charitable Organization - Nomination Form
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING NOMINATION. As a member-governed organization, all charity recipients of quarterly gifts are selected from nominations submitted from within our organization, by **MEMBERS** in good standing. Nominations submitted by community members, nonprofit staff members, etc. who are not also members of 100+ WWC RuCo, will not be considered.
While nominators CAN be directly connected to a charity (staff, volunteers, previous donors, etc.), this is certainly not a requirement. But nominators must be willing to give a 5-minute presentation about the organization, including why they are personally passionate about the cause.
Nonprofits MUST have been recognized 501(c)(3) organizations for at least 2 YEARS in order to be eligible for nomination. A local RuCo "franchise" organization of a larger 501(c)(3) must have had a presence in our county for at least 1 YEAR to be eligible for nomination.
