Midwifery in California: Preceptorship & Equity
The California Nurse-Midwives Association (CNMA) would like to learn more about barriers and facilitators to precepting midwifery students in CA!

Do you live and work in California? 
Are you a midwife who has a history of, or are currently, precepting midwife students, or a midwife administrator or lead midwife? Are you a midwife who is interested in precepting, but has chosen not to?

If so, we'd love to speak with you! 

Online interviews would last 60-90 minutes and will be confidential. In appreciation for your time and wisdom, we will be providing participants $75.
