Milford Engineering and Robotics Boosters (MERB) is proud to offer an after-school FLL robotics club for 7th and 8th graders (ages 9 to 14). This club is to fill a gap in 7th grade and offer an option for those not on the 8th grade VEX EDR Competition teams (a different club). The 8th grade VEX EDR Competition teams take applications in January, 2020 for the 2020-2021 8th grade teams.

Please complete this form if you are interested in attending an information meeting to find out more about the FLL robotics club. We have limited space to meet so please try to only bring one adult and the student that is participating.

The ideal maximum for an FLL team is six students. Two to three parents per team are required to lead and coach the team. Teacher sponsorship would be ideal (ask you child's teacher if they are interested).

This club can only happen if more than one parent/guardian volunteers to lead a team. Please strongly consider signing up to be a team mentor on the application (you'll find out how to apply for the club at the info meeting). MERB and the engineering teachers are not able to provide this level of support. MERB will help facilitate in other ways with organization, communication, meeting space, etc.
