Hello, I am [name of researcher] and I am a UX researcher on the internship project.  [If there is a 2nd researcher in the room, they should also be introduced.]   if you agree, I am going to be conducting an interview with you today to gather feedback on your internship experience and how it may have affected your future plans.

Your completion of this interview is entirely voluntary.  

All of your answers will be kept confidential, and you may choose not to participate, to skip any question that you do not wish to answer, or to end the interview at any time.

We will be using your anonymized responses to do program improvement, planning, fundraising and marketing.

The first two questions I will ask have to do with consenting to the interview and being recorded.
