Helpful and Unhelpful Behaviors in WoW Classic
This survey is not part of any official study. Its purpose is determine what chat behaviors exhibited (either via text, VOIP such as Discord, or through a combination of the two) are most beneficial to players of World of Warcraft Classic. A secondary goal is to determine which chat features are least beneficial.

Specifically, I am looking to see what constitute helpful versus unhelpful chat behaviors in-game and whether these behaviors vary between factions (Horde and Alliance).

World of Warcraft Classic was chosen for this experiment as text-based cross-faction chat is limited in this version of the game.
