To reserve an Accolade home it is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE with ALL of the following items completed:
1) Complete this form so we have all tenant and cosigner information

3) You will be emailed Reservation Agreement to sign electronically.
4) You will be emailed a link to pay the reservation fee of $500.00 electronically online

Homes can only be held for two weeks after the listed "Available Now" date on the listing. Once the home has a signed reservation agreement and money down, Accolade will stop advertising and showing the home for rent. Are your ready to start the process?
