DFV will make every reasonable effort to ensure that its events take place in a safe environment.
It is the responsibility of all athletes to consider all known medical conditons before entering or
attending a DFV event. I am not aware of any impairment in my health that could affect my training
or safe participation.
It is in my own interest as a participant of the event to check the terms of the competition and it is
solely my decision to participate. I assure that I am familiar with the rules of the event.
By participating in the competition, this is considered an agreement
- that I start at my own responsibility and risk,
- that I have no claims against the organizer in the event of damage
- and that I am adequately insured against accidents and liability claims.
Neither the organizers of the event nor their representatives and appointees nor competitors shall be
held in any way liable for any damage or injury suffered by me in connection with this event. Excluded
from this would be intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by the organizer, his
representatives and appointees.
The participants are mutually liable for intenƟonal damage and damage caused by intent or gross
negligence.
