Building on the existing Camps that the Academy has run for the Minis section, we are proud to introduce our new Performance Rugby Camps for 2019.

Again, these are three day camps - August 6th to 8th from 10am to 1.30pm.  The focus is on performance development, including:

Individual and Unit Skills; TECHNICAL and TACTICAL player development; performance analysis;  producing individual Performance Development Plans, developing strengths and addressing weaknesses; Strength and Conditioning; Injury prevention;  and, Nutrition and Lifestyle.

It is intended for ambitious, young players who want to further their development on and off the field.  Our experienced coaching team will ensure that participants receive detailed coaching and feedback throughout the camp as well as an Action Plan for their specific onward development.

The Camp costs £95 for Boroughmuir Rugby Academy members, or £125 for non members.

Payment can be made by either cash or cheque (all cheques made payable to Boroughmuir Rugby & CSC) and handed into the Clubhouse, Meggetland, Meggetland Wynd, Edinburgh, EH14 1XN, marked for the attention of Academy Manager and must be received prior to the camp start date.
