AMAZING! I was absent ZERO days of marching band.

GREAT! I was absent 1-3 days of marching band.

GOOD. I was absent 4-6 days of marching band.

This is an area I need to work on because I was absent 7 or more days of marching band.

How would rate your "on time-ness" to rehearsal last year? *

AMAZING! I am consistently one of the first people at rehearsal, and I am consistently early to practice.

GREAT! I am not always the first person to rehearsal, and I am get to practice early enough to be ready.

GOOD. I get there in time to be ready. I may not always be early, but I am ready to practice on time.

This is an area I need to work on because I have been late to rehearsal on a few occasions, and need to work on arriving early.

How would you rate your attitude at rehearsal last year? *

AMAZING! I am consistently one of the most positive people at rehearsal. I work very hard to have a positive impact on others.

GOOD. I am positive the majority of the time, and I feel like I have a positive impact on others.

This is an area I need to work on because I believe I need to be more positive at rehearsal and work to create a positive environment for others.

How would you rate your preparedness for rehearsal? *

AMAZING! I always have everything I need for rehearsal like my dot sheets, music, instrument, flags, practice cape, etc.

GREAT! I have my materials most of the time, but there have been times I didn't have everything.

This is an area I need to work on because sometimes I don't have the materials I need. To be a leader, I need to be prepared for all rehearsals.

NEW THIS YEAR. In addition to our usual leadership structure, we will be adding the positions of Section Captain. Each section of the marching band will have one Section Captain (Brass Captain, Woodwind Captain, Percussion Captain, and Color Guard Captain).

If you are interested in the captain position for your section, there will be a follow up interview with the Directors.
