This form is to be completed if you are applying for the district's tuition-based 3 and 4-year-old preschool program. To be eligible, students must be 3 years old or 4 years old by September 1, 2024. Applicants within the Anderson School District Two attendance zone will be considered for placement before out of district students will be accepted. (This program does not replace the state supported free income based 4K program that our district has been offering. We will begin taking applications for this program February 6th.)

This form is to be completed if you are applying for a tuition-based 3 year old and 4 year old preschool program. I understand by applying for this program I am responsible for a monthly payment of $400 which is due the 1st of each month. To secure a spot in the program, I will provide a $200 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied towards the first month's payment). I will be contacted to provide this payment if a spot is available. I understand that district transportation is not provided for the tuition-based program and I will need to provide transportation for my child to and from school. The full day program for which I am applying operates from 7:45-2:30.  Students may be dropped off beginning at 7:15 and pick up is at 2:30.  (The program will operate August-May and follow the district school calendar.)

All of the information I have provided on this application is accurate. I understand that in addition to the $200 deposit, I will need to provide all required registration documents before my child's spot can be confirmed for the program. Registration documents include your child's birth certificate, a completed S.C. Certificate of Immunization, proof of residency (a current electric bill/statement or other utility bill showing your name and home address within the district if not a district employee, and your S.C. driver's license).
