Each middle school student has a unique link associated with their PPS ID that was sent to only one parent/ guardian to mitigate any response overriding or negating the other.
If you did not receive a link please for your student's survey, please do the following:
1. Check all of your inboxes, even old ones in case that is the email currently in Synergy. Look for an email from
research@pps.net 2. Check all of your junk mail boxes, even their old ones.
3. Check other parent/ caregiver inboxes, as noted above the link was sent to only one caregiver.
If you have done all three of these steps and have not found the survey, please fill out the form below and a member of the MTMS team will email you the direct link to your survey.
