Mark your calendar this Saturday, March 19 at 4pm, and cook with us as we launch the 1st edition of our Culinary Adventures.
This program will present virtual workshops about gourmet food and fun cooking classes featuring various guests Chefs.
For this 1st edition, we will discuss the fundamentals of a healthy food diet and its benefits with our guest Registered Nutritionist Dietitian, Grace Banal.
We will also explore how important it is to source quality ingredients to eat healthy with the founder of Manila Fresh Mart, Romain Charpentier.
Finally, our guest Chef, RG Enriquez-Diez of Astig Vegan, will show us how to cook a delicious meatless version of the traditional Filipino Kaldereta.
The event is accessible for free via Zoom, and as an option, you can order your own ingredient basket filled with quality produce to cook the delicious dish in the comforts of your home.
The ingredient basket will make enough for 4-6 servings and you have the choice to add your preferred rice or source of starch on side.
