We are a mental health club! Be NICE stands for Notice, Invite, Challenge and Empower. We NOTICE changes in others. We INVITE them to talk about it in a non-judgemental and empathetic manner. We CHALLENGE them to seek help if they need it from a trusted adult and CHALLENGE the stigma around mental health. Then we empower ourselves and others with knowledge.
