You are invited to participate in this research project, whose objective is to understand perceptions and experiences related to emerging technology and the workforce. The following survey will ask you to respond to several questions related to technology and your career, where you will share your thoughts and attitudes. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. There are no known risks and no direct benefits from participating in this study.

I am conducting this research as part of my Market Research Project course (MMIE 808), under the supervision of professors Nusa Fain and Nicole Robitaille at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, Canada. This study has been reviewed for ethical compliance by the Queen’s University General Research Ethics Board (GREB).

All your responses are completely anonymous. Findings from the study will be used for the purposes of completing the MMIE808 market research course project and may be published. The anonymous survey data will be stored on a secured, password-protected computer. The anonymous survey data will only be shared with people associated with the project and course. However, it should be noted that The Queen's General Research Ethics Board (GREB) may request access to study data to ensure that the researchers are meeting their ethical obligations in conducting this research. We plan to keep copies of the data indefinitely.

Your participation and all your responses are voluntary. You can decline to participate in the research or any aspect of the research at any time without penalty. You do not need to answer any question that you prefer not to. You may also stop participating at any time simply by closing the webpage. In this case your data will be deleted. It is not possible to remove your data once submitted as it is anonymous.
