What Dreams May Come - Feedback
A misguided soul by the name of Pashtal infiltrated the Isle of Four Winds, having been convinced that it was ripe to be used as an offering of sorts to his Patron.  He began to use some form of magic to cause nightmares around the town of Mist Harbor, and sought to induce as much pure terror as he could, to sweeten the offering he planned to make.  A master of disguise, Pashtal ruthlessly murdered Penre, captured Greth and impersonated him for a time, and claimed to have killed Jorgarn (later found to be false), then offered the Isle to Sheru, who failed to respond in any way.  Enraged, Pashtal sought to boost his own magical power through the use of a mysterious book he carried, and summoned hordes of undead against the Isle.  At the moment when he planned his final victory, believing the added power of the book would carry him against the defenders of the Isle, he was immolated by an unseen power, reduced to ash in mere moments.  The jackal statues which he had been using to support the undead were disabled, and the town was left to summon its refugee citizens back home.
