Stonegate Elementary PTO Funds Request
Funds for school materials and supplies or to support school activities may be requested from the PTO by any Stonegate Elementary staff member or parent of a Stonegate student at any time during the school year. However, requests may take up to 30 days for processing.
Submittal of this form is not a guarantee of funds. Review and approval by the PTO membership is required. If the requested amount exceeds $200, it is recommended that a representative (staff member, group leader, or teacher representative to the PTO) attend a PTO meeting to present the request and address any questions. If the requested amount exceeds $200, a fund request must be submitted. The PTO meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm in the school library during the school year, except December. The fund request will be voted on publicly by members at that time.
