Center Community Directory 2023-2024

The CSPTO publishes its annual school directory, strictly for the convenience of reaching one another, for example, to plan parties, playdates, etc. The directory is a terrific resource for our community and all Center families, teachers, and staff are invited to participate!

Inclusion is optional, but PLEASE CONSIDER AT LEAST LISTING YOUR CHILD’S NAME AND CLASSROOM. The directory will not be distributed to anyone outside of the school, nor will it be used for solicitations. We ask everyone not to share the information with anyone outside of the Center community.

Please submit the form below to indicate your OPT IN preference. If you have more than one student at Center, you can fill out ONE form listing all students.

NOTE: A new form MUST be submitted each school year to be included. All information will be wiped out in August and families will be asked to opt in again for the new year. This will ensure only current students are included, and we have the most accurate information.

Regardless of opt in, every family will have the option to sign up for a DirectorySpot account to view the information in the Center School Directory. Upon demand, printed copies can be provided to the office for pick up for any families who do not have access to a printer (otherwise families can print from DirectorySpot, if you prefer that over using the app).
