Choose the payment plan that works best for your family:

Annual Payment Plan: I would like to pay my tuition in one lump sum. I will send Holy Angels Catholic School a check by August 15th. Holy Angels will send me a receipt after payment is processed.

Monthly Payment Plan (FIRST TIME ENROLLING): I would like to set up a monthly payment plan that can be paid on the 1st or 15th of each month beginning in July. There is an initial fee of $50. Holy Angels will reimburse this fee by deducting it from my first payment. I will set up a user account with FACTS by JUNE 15TH. Once I have set up this account, Holy Angels will attach my tuition information. I understand that this cannot be done until the account is created. Monthly Payment Plan (RENEWAL): I created an account with FACTS last school year and set up a monthly payment plan. I would like to continue with this same account for the new school year.

I have children attending Lehman and Holy Angels. I have already set up a 12 month payment plan at Lehman through FACTS and therefore do not need to create another FACTS account. Tuition information at Holy Angels and Lehman will all be provided through one account.
