Community Storytelling with Mass Media RSVP
Learn about using social media to uplift community voices and understanding the impact of mass media on social movements. We will explore questions like how can communities utilize mass media (e.g. social media and news media) to tell their story and be seen? How do you feel like mass media has affected your social and political understanding of others?

When: (Week 6) Thursday, May 9th 12-1:30pm
Where: The Cross-Cultural Center (in Price Center East, 2nd Floor)

This event is recommended for students and staff/faculty interested in social justice, media/communications, and/or community building.
