Accelerate 2020 (virtual) Sponsor Session Request Form
Sponsor Sessions are speaking opportunities for sponsors at OLC Accelerate 2020 (Virtual).  These are not guaranteed - you must submit in a timely manner to be eligible for a slot!

Sponsors have 3 options available. You may select any single one or any combination of the 3. Please submit a separate form for each session you are requesting.

Your virtual session options are as follows:

1.  Industry Showcase Session (live, synchronous demonstration or presentation)

2.  Exposition Foundry Session (asynchronous dialogue and community building with attendees via VoiceThread)

3.  Networking Coffee Talk (live, synchronous casual discussion on a pre-selected topic)

Special Statement Regarding Submissions
We work very hard to make our conferences as beneficial and productive for our sponsors as we possibly can.  We have several hundred details to manage across the conference.  Please commit to submitting your sessions complete.  We will not accept a placeholder - when you submit; please plan for this to be an accurate and complete session submission.  Begin working on your session now!
