Thank you for using this online form to register your child(ren) for St. John Lutheran Church Sunday School.   Please  complete and submit a separate form for each child you are registering.

Sunday School is open to children who  will be 3 years old or older  before September 1, 2021.  If your child(ren) will not be 3 years old  before September 2021,  you and your child are invited to join our Beautiful Beginnings.
