The more I know about your health and your lifestyle, the better I can custom-tailor Yoga techniques for you. It's important that we agree from the beginning that Yoga is not exercise, or physiotherapy, or a medical treatment. It is a path you walk in your own way that directs you back to your calm, peaceful, true self.
