Please use the form below to make a nomination for the ERVA CLASS Act of the Month. Whatever month you submit your nomination in will be the month your nominee is entered for unless otherwise specified by you!

If you want to make more than one nomination, please submit them separately. Nominations will expire after voting takes place, but you can resubmit the same nomination the following month.

Nominations will be processed and voted on by the Evergreen Region Junior Advisory Board.
