Spring Break Absence Notification

Student families can choose to remove your Spring Break week from the March-May tuition period. If you are going to be away or wish to take a break from lessons that week, a makeup is not needed. This is optional as some families do not travel during this time and prefer to continue with lessons.

To assist us in preparing invoices, please kindly respond below by February 28th to ensure invoice accuracy.  You can still notify us after Feb 28 if your plans are not yet confirmed, but having this information before then helps us immensely on the admin side.

Note: Spring Break absences must be canceled in advance. No-shows or same-day cancelations are considered "Absent" and are not eligible for credit or makeup.

If applicable, please check below.
Specify the Spring Break lesson date you wish to remove.

If more than one week, Musical Chairs will remove one lesson per student from your tuition. Your instructor will be happy to work with you to make up additional absences.
If easier, you can simply check the week you'll be away below and we'll make invoice adjustments accordingly.
If you have multiple children in lessons, will they all be away? If no, please specify which children will not have lessons during your spring break.
For students who have lessons at your school:

Lessons will be held at our 2124 W Lawrence studio location when schools are closed.

Some teachers may offer flexible days and times during Spring Break to meet your scheduling needs.

Please feel free to share specific scheduling needs below (for example, preference for early morning or evening times). We will pass this along to your instructor to coordinate with you.
