Team coaching: Your program will be customized to suit your team's structure and objectives. Upon reviewing your application, Melissa will discuss an appropriate fee based on objectives, number and role(s) of team members, whether individual or small group sessions, frequency, program duration, company budget, and any other factors you indicate or request around her involvement. Again, please be as detailed and specific as possible in completing this form.
