SEL Survey: Grades 3-5
Dear Students,

This SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) survey was created by a Long Beach school district committee to gain a better understanding of how you are feeling both inside and outside of school.  We want to get to know your needs better so that we can help you can reach your full potential and be successful this school year and beyond.

The survey is divided into four areas:

1) How students are feeling
2) Peer/Friend Relationships
3) Adult Relationships
4) Coping Strategies

Based on your feedback, we will be able to develop solutions and support to best meet your needs as a learner.

Thank you for participating in this survey!
