    Free entry and pre-registration are required.

    In line with the celebration of Earth Day 2023; Health & Wellness event is a community partnership led by the Capital Governorate in alignment with the governorate's initiatives and projects aimed at preserving and improving health, well-being, and the environment. 

    The event is organized by 

    Meditation Bahrain, Good Cause Bahrain & Brand Syncbh.

    The Event

    4pm - 9pm, Saturday Water Garden City Beach

    4pm: Open gates/music and bazaar area open 

    430pm: Tree planting

    5pm: Video introduction

    Panel discussions 

    Acknowledgments

    6pm: 10 minutes stretching
    20 minutes meditation
    Grand Lighting Ceremony

    730pm till 9pm : Live music/bazaar area activities

    registration will be closed - No walk-in entry.  

    Upon submission of registration, you will receive an email confirming your
