This is a health legislation survey from the Family Freedom Coalition of Washington, a political action committee. We communicate with thousands of families in numerous state groups, such as Informed Choice Washington Advocacy, Washington Freedom Keepers and Initiatives for Family Health, are looking for candidates to support.

The purpose of this survey is to understand your current stance on aspects of family health to help interested group members with their 2020 voting decisions.

This survey consists of 9 questions and should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
