We are looking for outgoing & friendly individuals with a sales driven mindset to drive revenue and assist customers at our boutique storefront in the UTC Mall in Sarasota.

We are currently hiring:
- Part time sales associates for WEEKEND SHIFTS ONLY.

Shifts would be 9:30-6 or 12-8 on Saturday + 10:30-6 or 12-5 on Sunday.
Not every single weekend would be required but most weekends are ideal.
We currently do not have much weekday shifts available but possibility for vacation fill in time.

Sales Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consistently meets and exceeds sales quotas set by management
- Welcoming customers by greeting them and developing a relationship
- Assisting customers by offering options and finding styles & sizes
- Processing payments on the POS system to complete customer purchases with credit card, gift card and cash payments
- Going above and beyond customers expectations
- Assisting management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service
- Performing opening and closing procedures as needed
- Helping with unboxing, inspecting, barcoding and tagging new inventory
- Assisting management with restocking and merchandising sales floor

*Sales Associate Job Requirements:
-1 year of retail sales experience
- Must be willing and able to work holidays and weekends
- Attention to detail & quick problem solving skills
- General understanding of computers/ iPads
- General math skills
