I understand that the Vision Academy Charter School of Innovation has not yet been
granted a charter. By signing this pre-enrollment form, I am stating my interest in
sending my child(ren) to the Vision Academy Charter School of Innovation, but I am not
obligated to do so. If a charter is granted for the school, I understand that I will need to
complete official enrollment documents in order for my child(ren) to be enrolled at the
school and that this form does not guarantee enrollment.
You need to apply separately for each student if you have more than one child.
The school is projected to open in September 2021.
